DO SEO SERVICES AGREEMENT
PART A: Schedule
Your Subscription Order
This Subscription Order Form is your request for us to provide you with our Services. When you sign, date and submit this Subscription Order Form, you will create a legally binding Services Agreement with us, and the Subscription Order Form becomes the Schedule to the Agreement. The Services Agreement will have two components:
- this Schedule; and
- our standard Terms & Conditions.

2. Services
(a) The Services that we will provide to you (Scope of Work) are:
- Instructions in basic search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques.
- Providing you with instructions on how to apply the SEO techniques to your business website.
(b) The Milestones that apply to the delivery of the Services are:
- Online training in SEO techniques will be made available by us to you on a self-serve basis during the Term.
3. Fees and Expenses
(a) Fee Amount: AUD $199, AUD $349 or AUD $449 excluding GST.
(b) Timetable for payment: monthly subscription, billed on every month.
(c) Expenses: N/A
(d) Cancellation Fee:
- Is a Cancellation Fee payable? YES
- We require 30 days’ notice of any cancellation, Accordingly, after you cancel this Agreement, you will be obliged to pay one further month of Fees until the cancellation takes effect.
4. Special Conditions for DO SEO Clients
These Special Conditions apply to you as a DO SEO client, and override any inconsistent provisions of the standard T&Cs:
(a) Because you will be performing the SEO on your website, not us, we are not responsible for the execution or the results. We will use our best efforts to show you correct and relevant SEO techniques, but it is your responsibility to follow and apply our instructions properly.
(b) If your website does not comply with the minimum requirements that we specify in our instructions, and you are not able to apply the techniques that we have taught you, then we cannot assist you further unless the Scope of Works is widened to include any assistance required to make your website compliant, in which case we may charge you additional Fees for performing that additional work.
(c) If you purchase a DoSEO subscription online from us, once you have submitted your order then you have bought the Services, and in order to cancel that subscription you will need to contact us at < support@doseo.com.au > for assistance. The Cancellation Fee described in item 3(d) above will apply to any such cancellation by you.
(d) If any settings applied to your website by your web hosting provider interfere with your SEO results or capacity to implement SEO techniques, we are not responsible for that outcome. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate web hosting provider unless we have agreed to assist you by providing advice on that subject, in which case it is your responsibility to apply our advice and select an appropriate web hosting provider.
(e) If the template, framework or theme that you have selected for your website interferes with your SEO results or capacity to implement SEO techniques, we are not responsible for that outcome. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate template, framework or theme for your website unless we have agreed to assist you by providing advice on that subject, in which case it is your responsibility to apply our advice and select an appropriate template, framework or theme.
(f) If any of the content, coding, tags, metatags and/or images currently uploaded on your website interferes with your SEO results or capacity to implement SEO techniques, we are not responsible for that outcome. It is your responsibility choose appropriate content, coding, tags, metatags and/or images for your website unless we have agreed to assist you by providing advice on and subject, in which case it is your response levied flyer advice and select appropriate content, coding, tags, metatags and/or images.
(g) You acknowledge and agree that SEO is an ongoing process that involves a series of multiple tasks, which all must be executed correctly and in sequence. You agree that it is your responsibility to do the things, applying the techniques that we will teach you. We are not responsible for the execution of these tasks correctly by you.
(h) You accept that while SEO is a generally reliable method for increasing search traffic to websites, there can be no guarantee of any particular result from any particular SEO techniques. Accordingly, we make no guarantee that your website will experience any changes in the following parameters, and do not take any responsibility for any lack of such changes, namely: visitor and search traffic; performance; loading and response speed; safety; visibility; and sales results.
(i) You must give us access to your Google products and website back-end, in order for us to properly deliver the Services, including with administrator privileges if we so request. You agree that if we are unable to completely or properly perform the Services because of your failure to give us such access, then we are not responsible for the outcome. In particular, if we are unable to implement any updates or adjustments to your website to make SEO techniques work better or properly, then we are not liable for any failures undesirable results that you experience as a result.
(j) You acknowledge that the SEO techniques that we will show you are designed to work with Google and other search engine algorithms that are publicly known and current at the time of the delivery of the Services. We take no responsibility for those techniques becoming outdated because of changes later revealed or implemented by Google or other search engine operators. We take no responsibility for any changes in those algorithms, or the effect of those changes on any SEO actions performed by you on your website, or the continuing utility of the SEO techniques that we have shown you.
(k) If you have incorrectly included any information in the Subscription Order Form, or have omitted any important or required information, we can request you to resubmit that Form, and are not obliged to treat your Subscription Order as valid until the correct information has been provided by you.
